After my visit to St. Louis recently, I came back to the big apple with more questions than answers. I miss things from STL, like my family, friends, having a car, and I would also like to resume my studies. But at the same time I feel like if I leave NY, I would miss it as well. Moving out to NY and living here was my dream, and now that I’m actually here It feels weird to just pack and leave behind my first love. To leave or not to leave? That is the damn freaking question. The next few weeks are going to be crucial in my decision-making. Nevertheless, I will be in St. Louie for X-Mas, but I don’t know yet If i’m staying for good or not. And, I will also be in NYC for new year’s. I got a tough decision to make. I believe that everything happens for a reason, so if I do end up moving back to St. Louie, is because it was meant to be.
Here’s a short video I made a little while ago before I moved to New York. The song playing is “New York State of Mind” by Billy Joel.
Recently I went to see the movie “The Brave One”. What I thought about it you ask? Well I think it kicked ass. I was entertained through the whole thing. I love all the Jodie Foster movies, she’s the one for the job I’m telling you. I totally recommend it. Go see it!
Today I had the day off so I decided to do something fun. I always wanted to attend a taping of the “Late Night with Conan O’Brien”, so I was going to give it a shot and be at the NBC studios early in the morning so I could get stand-by tickets. To be honest I wasn’t too optimistic, simply because this show is very popular and thought there weren’t gonna be too many free spots left. So I got there at around 7-ish in the morning. To my surprise, there was only a handful of people in line when I got there. About 2 hours later, the line was longer and then finally some bitch came out and explained the whole thing about stand-by tickets and then she gave us those tickets and said we had to came back at 3.45. Anyway to make the story short I made two cuts of people because I was around the front of the line, and how we say in spanish..”El que madruga, dios le ayuda”.. hehe. Anywho so I was so excited that I made it, it was a dream come true for me! I love Conan! So we were riding the elevator up to the studio and as the elevator doors open, some bitches screamed “Are you excited?!?” or some shit like that. They scared the shit out of me. After I cleaned my pants they gave us free t-shirts! then some ho was like “Conan is da shiz!!”. Anyway it was so exciting to walk in the studio.. Though, the studio looks a lot smaller in person than it seems in TV. The guests were Billy Bob Thornton and some senator, musical guest was Kenny Chesney. It was a fun time. Conan cracked us all up with his jokes before the show started taping…
So I was walking through New York’s lovely area of Chelsea minding my own business this afternoon, when I saw a fat chick walking out of some place like if she were drunk or high on some drug, and she was smoking a cigarette too. I kept staring at her because she was acting really weird. I kept walking and a few steps away I see 3 people kind of hiding behind some bush. It was so weird too, so I just kept walking and thought to myself “hey, It’s New York, it’s full of crazy people”. But as soon as I pass these people they all come out of their hiding spot. I see some bitch with a microphone and two guys with cameras come out… and they were filimg this shit! the bitch yells “hey I am from the Tyra Banks show”. They asked me some questions about the weird fat chick I saw minutes before. Some of the questions she asked sounded something like this: ”What do you think is going on with her?”, “Would you care if she drove in that matter?”, “So you didn’t care enough to have done something about it?”, etc.. It was weird, but whatever. I signed a release form and they are going to call me when the show airs… So ya’ll bitches might see me on TV!
It’s finally happening, the show that we loved to watch “Sex and the City” is coming back… to the big screen! The problem that has been preventing the plans for a movie was some issue that had to do with Kim Cattrall wanting more money, but this little issue has subsided.. Thank god! Taping should start really soon in NYC, if it hasn’t already started. Can’t wait!
So everybody knows about the infamous naked cowboy of New York’s Times Square. But now, appearantly there is a naked cowgirl! I didn’t know until I saw her with my own eyes the other day when I was walking through Times Square. I have no idea how long she’s been around, but I dont think it’s been long, otherwise I would have already seen her. Anyway, she’s ok looking I guess, would prefer her tits to be bigger though. Well here she is, judge for yourself.
I had a BLAST in Vegas. I Really did. I gambled for my first time and I loved it. Well, except when your losing money then it blows. I mainly played Black Jack. My friends gave me some pointers on the game, it was fun. With only $20 you can play for a while and have a good time, you don’t have to go crazy and spend lots of money. Another thing I loved about Vegas is that you can carry around and drink alcohol on the street. I was drunk most of the time there. My friend’s wedding was great, those two seem like they are perfect for each other. I also tried for the first time different types of food, e.i. Korean, Philippine, and don’t remember what else but I loved it all. Oh and how can I forget “The Beauty of Magic”, the show featuring Pam Anderson. I liked the show, it was entertaining. Hoped I would of met Pam but it’s ok maybe next time. Overall It was a really great Vacation. Hope I come back to Vegas soon.
