It’s All Media Hype!

I had to blog about it. it just frustrates me to see that so many people actually believe every word the media has to say. I felt sorry for the people gathered outside the white house last night when the news broke out about Osama being dead. People are just brainwashed. What concerns me the most is that people either chose to ignore the loopholes or are just blind. Last night, the media couldn’t keep their story straight. Some were saying that Osama had been dead for days now, and they were just conducting necessary DNA tests, while others were saying he had been killed last night. which is it? Now, they finally found Osama after 10 years, at a mansion of all things. come on, do people actually believe this? are you that brainwashed? are you that stupid? we shouldn’t believe a word from the media. ANY media. Also, this comes just in time for Obama’s re-election. Americans are going to vote for Obama because according to them, he found the guy. Now, just for the record, I’m not a Republican nor a democrat. Both parties are full of shit, but that’s a whole other topic. Also, don’t be surprised for more war, and “terrorist attacks”.

A Good Way To Learn CPR

This is definitely a good way to get people learning about how to correctly perform CPR on someone. We all know that sex sells, whether you like it or not, that is a fact. That is why I think the people at SuperSexyCPR did a very good job at launching this campaign with sexy women and CPR. It is certainly not boring to watch, and all the procedures the lady does to perform CPR on the other lady are legit! It might look too sexy, but that is how you perform CPR on someone! If you haven’t yet, watch the video! They also have another video of a girl and a guy performing abdominal thrusts. Now my question is, where is the video with two GUYS?? regardless, two thumps up Fortnight Lingerie!

Gay Kiss on TV!

Two boys kissing on national television! that is BIG. You don’t see that often. I am surprised though that it hasn’t caused any ruckus yet among conservative, religious lunatics! Good for the show though! We need stuff like that to remind people that is OK to be gay, that there is nothing wrong with it, and that society is able to live with two guys having a meaningless kiss on TV. Baby steps!

But here’s another video of the show “Showbiz tonight” and they are talking about how this former SNL star is outraged for the gay kiss on Glee. I mean, really? your fat ass should be worrying about getting to the gym, instead of worrying about some meaningless kiss on a TV show. It is so funny how she brings the bible to the show and claims that according to the bible, it is wrong! Bitch please!

Religion Is Bullshit! Really!

People need to wake up and smell the truth. People need to realize that religion is nothing but pure bullshit. It is a tool that is used to control people.

People often make fun of Scientology, and Tom Cruise for believing in it. How is Scientology any less believable as a religion?? Come on. When the current Pope was in his previous Vatican job, he wrote a letter instructing every catholic bishop to keep abuse to minors a secret.

How about the insane things the bible says. For example, you can’t go into church if you’re a man without testicles. Yep. No matter if you have been castrated or you’ve lost them due to cancer. People just seem to pick and chose from the bible. Or how about in the Muslim countries, men are allowed to beat their wives simply because it is written in their “holy” book. How about Jehovah Witnesses being against donating blood.  The sad part is that poor and uneducated people are being taken advantage of by their priests when it comes to money. People are also easily and widely manipulated into believing one thing or another, that is how wars are created.

That is the No.1 trending topic in twitter since the massive earthquake shook areas of Japan last night and the tsunami struck. No.2 TT is #tsunami, No.3 TT is #japon… along with TTs, there is “Text REDCROSS”, “Hurricane Katrina”, and “Fukushima”. As you can see, this is some serious shit. An 8.9 earthquake is huge! They don’t happen that often. This disaster is not only affecting Japan, but there has been tsunami alerts in the west coast of the U.S., Mexico, and other Central/South American countries as well. As I was watching the news as this was going on, I felt so bad for the people in Japan, specially when I saw the tsunami striking the shores and sweeping everything in its way! you could see cars on the roads being hit by the wave. So terrible to see that, those people didn’t even have an idea of what was going on. #prayforJAPAN indeed.

As I’m typing this, I find out that an aftershock has hit Japan, this time it is a 6.6 quake. So sad. 2012 and all the “end of times” prophecies and such are probably coming into mind to a lot of people. And they should. For a while now I have felt like something big is in store for us, I don’t know what, but I just feel it. Maybe several significant natural disasters? a nuclear war? Alien invasion?

UFO sighting!

I took this footage on the night of October 22nd, 2010 from inside my home in St. Louis, MO. I’ve never seen anything like it, the video doesn’t do justice. It looked way cooler from the naked eye. there were few strange lights around it, some that this video doesn’t show. Notice how the small light moving around the ufo dissapears. it looks like it just flew upwards at a fast speed. The UFO was just there, not moving at all, for at least 40 mins.

Don’t You Know Who I Am!?

Okay, so all this mishigas about Miley Cyrus coming into Pop Burger and a worker there not knowing who she was has gone way too far! it is so ridiculous. Pop Burger has been bombarded from the media wanting to know what happened that day and why the Pop Burger employee didnt recognize Miley. Also, this story has been exaggerated! The story Perez Hilton and other blogs/gossip sites tell is not very accurate. I know what really happened because I work at Pop Burger!

It was a Saturday when Miley and a friend came into Pop Burger in Midtown and order some food. My co-worker who took her order, asked her name to put on the order and Miley was surprised she didnt recognize her and felt offended I assume. Now, according to the media, my co-worker told Miley: “That’s nice for you. Here is your order. Have a good day.” That is a complete LIE! I don’t know why everybody is making such a big deal over NOTHING. My co-worker simply doesn’t care enough about Miley Cyrus to recognize her. Who does anyway? At Pop Burger, we have had much bigger celebrities come in, and one time I even asked Steve Carell his name for the order and he didn’t seem offended. It’s not that I didn’t recognize him, but I just did not remember his name at that exact moment, I guess I was just excited that I was taking Steve Carell’s order.

Today, I answered the phone and they said they were calling from a radio show from freaking Australia. I was asked if we wanted to apologize for us not knowing who Miley Cyrus was, and they also asked me if Miley tipped, etc. I of course told them that there is no reason for anyone to apologize to Miley, and that she did NOT tip. So there you go.

I know understand Celebrities when they say that the media makes up so many lies. It’s ridiculous, but at the end of the day, Pop Burger has gotten so much publicity. This story has been on Perezhilton.com, The Post, Entertainment Tonight, USWeekly, some radio show in Australia apparently, and others.

Pop Burger has celebrity guests because it’s a hot spot in New York City, and also the food is delicious! Celebrities I have seen more recently are: Cedric the Entertainer, Tony Hawk, Steve Carell, and Nina Garcia. All very nice people! I actually have blogged about a couple of them here in my blog about their visits at Pop Burger.

Oh, and my friendly co-worker who took Miley’s order, is available for interviews!
